Gnjurgeon’s Call

The Gnjurgeon’s Call is a delicate pendant of silvery-blue metal entwined around an ornate crystal vial containing a droplet of preserved gnjurgeon oil. This droplet, harvested from the aberrant predatory fish known for its psionic powers, gleams in a soothing, hypnotic magenta. A faint hum like a distant choral melody resonates from the vial, barely perceptible to most creatures—but those capable of speaking telepathy hear something sinister: cryptic whispers inviting them to come closer.
While wearing the Gnjurgeon’s Call, you have advantage on Performance and Deception checks made to appear non-threatening, and while you remain still, other creatures have disadvantage on checks made to detect you.
Additionally, once per day while wearing the Gnjurgeon’s Call, you can use an action to release an invisible pulse over a 30-foot radius. Creatures of your choice within the radius must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you for 1 minute. While charmed, a creature views you as a friendly acquaintance. If you or an ally of yours attacks or harms a charmed creature, then the charmed condition ends immediately for that creature. Once the charm ends, an affected creature knows that your magic altered its mind, and as a result it may become hostile towards you.
